Fantastic Story of TRUE Love, Not Romance-Wonderful Fantasy!

— feeling amazing
Evanescent - Gabriella Lepore

I received this book in exchange for a fair, honest review. I absolutely loved this book. It is everything you want in a fantasy book and more. It is a TRUE love story, not in the romantic sense, so to speak, but an unconditional love on several levels in the book. The author captures you immediately and you are drawn in to a non-stop page turner. The main character discovers this true love from the love of her "grandmother", to the love of a bewitched young soul who was doomed to eternal life. The story intertwines so many elements and without giving up any spoilers, all I can say is she sews up all the loose ends beautifully, but keeps you curious and wanting more through the entire book. You'll meet Bronwen (the main character), her grandmother, a savior, a group of young cursed to eternal life group of friends/brothers and the dark entity that is hunting Bronwen. Brilliantly written and would highly recommend to anyone looking for fantasy and more.

Wish This Could Get More Than 5 Stars-Fabulous Read!!

Fighting For Her Dragon (Dragon Guard Series Book 7) - Julia Mills, Lisa Miller, Linda Boulanger

I received an ARC copy of this incredible book in exchange for an honest review and I'm SO glad I did!! I honestly could not put this book down, I read it straight through in one sitting!! It grabs you from the first word and brings you into a wonderful world of fantasy and undying love. It will tug at your heart and emotions, I smiled, laughed and even cried because the character quickly become so REAL and believable, you just cannot help but feel so much emotions outpouring from the pages!!! It is a true tale of forever love and commitment and a fantastic glimpse into a world where shifting dragons DO exist, live and try to remain in tact. This is the latest book in The Dragon Guard Series and while I read this before the others, I did not feel lost or that I had missed anything. You may find information that will shed light on prior books *spoilers* reading out of order, but it in no way takes away from the story, this book could certainly stand alone and entertain the reader thoroughly. All the characters are described in such detail and are extremely believable. You will take a peak into shifters that exist for hundreds of years trying to preserve their kind and the closeness of a wonderful clan of characters. You just can't help but fall in love with the two main characters, Emma & Andrew and you will also be drawn to key other characters, specifically a magical child named Sydney who will just tear at your heartstrings. A fabulously written book that captured me from word one!!! I would recommend this to readers of all ages, who have a love for fantasy, dragons, other realms and incredible love stories. I cannot wait to read the entire series, and plan on starting that right away!! Grab this book and your box of tissues, your in for one heart wrenching ride, but worth EVERY word!! Love, Love, Loved it!!!

Wonderful SciFi Read For YA & Young At Heart

— feeling cool
Sapient Salvation 1: The Selection (Sapient Salvation Series) - Jayne Faith, Christine Castle

It was a very well put together, solid SciFi story. The story moves along at a wonderfully fast pace, introducing lots of characters, yet explaining each one so that they have their own voice. The main character of the book is a youg woman, just coming of age, named Maya; who lives with her mother and disabled (blind) sister-who she protects. The Selection is a process, whereby those who come of age must be presented to the Over Lord and certain select women are picked to “service” the Lord however he see fit. The woman who was selected from Maya’s clan, dies suddenly and Maya is named in her place to be presented to the Lord and to do whatever he desires. She’s questioning many things in her life and the story continues to tell her saga, through the process of living with the Lord. I think this books is suitable for audiences ranging from young adult to older. Perfectly written and the author writes in such a wonderfully descriptive manner, you grow very fond of the characters in this book very quickly. I would highly recommend to any SciFi/Fantasy fan.

Cryptid Chronicles Book One~REVEAL

BRILLIANT I was very impressed by this author and her writing. Being a young adult paranormal story and me being a more mature, seasoned reader; I was skeptical, yet the synopsis piqued my interest. I’m SO glad it did. It was an incredible story, by a brilliant author. The characters and story were very believable and I’m sure the YA readers could relate easily to any of them. I read this book in one sitting, it had me begging for more. It is SO MUCH MORE than just your average paranormal story, the twists around every turn are incredible! I’m anxiously looking forward to reading the next book in her series.
